Full Time
We are looking for a senior account executive with up to 5 years of agency experience to fill a position across two nationally known brands. This position would offer exposure to all aspects of marketing and advertising, including consumer research, digital/social, packaging design, retail marketing and more.
Your responsibilities will include owning project schedules from kickoff to completion, managing design and collateral projects, direct client and vendor communications, and working closely with production teams, to name a few. More importantly, success in this role is measured on the ability to foster strong client and agency relationships and fully embrace the brand lifestyle and its nuances. Digital experience preferred. CPG experience is a plus, but not a deal breaker.
Cultural fit is important at McGarrah Jessee, both within the agency and with the client. A few attributes that matter most: you are self-motivated, curious and creative; you're a fast learner eager to make a real contribution; you thrive in an unstructured environment and have a knack for achieving productivity amidst chaos. Interest in immersing yourself in both the brand and industry is key.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accountability for all projects and proactively and creatively resolve any issues long the way
- Manage priorities for multiple and diverse projects
- Communicate project status with client on a regular basis
- Collaborate with other agency departments to ensure quality and timely delivery of objectives
- Serve as brand ambassador internally and externally
- Demonstrate mature leadership during challenging situations, escalate matters appropriately
- Be willing and eager to break out of the traditional account services role and contribute across agency discipline
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising (or related major)
- Up to 5 years of experience in an account services role in an agency setting
- Experience with national brands preferred
- Ability to build and foster relationships both internally and externally
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Resourceful, positive, do-what-it-takes attitude
Please do not call. All submissions will be reviewed. Thank you.
