We are looking for a community manager to be responsible for monitoring, researching and analyzing brand social media and applying that knowledge to the overall social strategy of the company and its clients. This role requires good judgment, organizational skills and adaptability. We’re looking for someone who wants to join our team and eat, sleep and breathe the brands we work on.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with social strategists and other key team members to develop listening, response and engagement strategies and tactics that align with marketing efforts
- Monitor brand and industry category social media mentions through appropriate listening tools and conduct additional research to obtain consumer sentiment and contextual situations of mentions
- Respond to and engage consumers on social platforms with adherence to brand voice, content guiding principles and legal guidelines
- Keep current on latest social marketing developments in industry, competitive landscape and consumer behaviors and trends in order to identify new audiences, channels and opportunities
- Effectively collaborate with other marketing members to align efforts with advertising, public relations, internal communications, brand management, product development, SEO/SEM marketing, data analytics and Web and mobile content strategies to ensure collaborative, successful and efficient social marketing
- Contribute to social content development and evolution by brainstorming new ideas and researching timely and/or relevant topics in client-related industries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must possess working knowledge of social media monitoring tools, with Sprinklr experience strongly preferred
- 1+ years of experience in social media monitoring, reporting and responding within social campaigns for brands
- Strong writing skills and an ability to craft your ideas and messages to fit any medium
- Possess working knowledge of functionality of social networking sites from a business perspective, such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Twitter
- Superb analysis, reporting and presentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communications, organization and planning skills
- Passion for new/emerging media technologies and ability to engage strategically and tactically across platforms
