Brand Manager

The Brand Manager guides day-to-day projects working collaboratively with other departments to ensure client’s objectives are met, as well as fosters meaningful client and agency relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the day-to-day project contact with junior level clients, creative teams and other agency partners 
  • Communicates project status with the client and leads internal team status on a regular basis
  • Helps with budget tracking and reviews monthly client billing for accuracy
  • Works across departments to facilitate the process of developing great work
  • Recognizes scope changes and elevating to Brand Supervisors
  • Manages multiple smaller projects and supports more senior brand team members on larger projects
  • Plays a key role in project management including resource monitoring, workflow organization and financial oversight
  • Works alongside strategy and brand management leaders to produce project creative briefs
  • Contributes to staffing plans and scopes
  • Responsible for building project schedules, calendaring and timeline management of projects

  • Proficient with G Suite, Slack and Dropbox


Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising (or related major), or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of advertising agency experience managing “the making” or delivery of great work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • National brand experience preferred
  • Desire to build a career in brand management within an agency environment
  • Austin, TX or San Antonio, TX location preferred
