Media Coordinator

- Collaborate with the media planners and supervisors to update market deck information and templates as needed throughout the year
- Support media team with administrative tasks, such as flowchart creation, updates and quarterly document management
- Lead invoice reconciliation and act as a liaison between finance, media and media vendors to review and approve invoices for payment
- Work in coordination with the planning and buying team to help QA various projects as needed, such as top-level campaign setups, traffic and client-facing charts and reports
- Manage budget documents and assist in pulling budget levels and/or budget reports based on client requests
- Assist in pulling basic campaign reporting as needed
- Develop and maintain strong vendor partnerships
- Develop and evolve current processes in order to achieve efficiencies where possible across all managing duties
- Support business management and financial operations. Role involves a mix of administrative tasks, financial coordination and data analysis to ensure smooth financial processes and efficient business operations
- 3+ years of experience in media campaign management or comparable professional experience
- Motivated, proactive self-starter
- High attention to detail and extremely organized
- Interest in both digital and traditional media channels
- Experience with working autonomously on independent projects and proactively engaging team members to get support when needed
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize appropriately
- Strong critical thinker with advanced math and Excel skills
- Familiarity with media software, planning tools and research platforms, reporting and optimization tools such as CM360, Kantar, Comscore, MRI, Nielsen, eMarketer and Simmons is a plus
- Experience with pulling reports from platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and Google Analytics
