We’re seeking a senior brand management talent with a specific passion toward sports and/or the outdoors. Lifestyle brand, sports gear, and online and offline retail experience are all beneficial. A love for hunting or fishing wouldn’t hurt either. This could be a talent with 6–8 years of experience or 9–12 years. We may be interviewing for both.
This is a unique opportunity for an account service veteran who thrives on staging environments where big ideas can happen. You should have a reverence for whole brand experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Build the McGarrah Jessee brand of service, garnering trust through meaningful and earnest contributions
- Nurture and protect an environment for business-building creative
- Maintain accountability for all work from conception through production
- Manage priorities across multiple diverse initiatives
- Drive workflow across multiple teams, projects and clients, enabling productive collaboration
- Ensure brand cohesion and connectivity across entire engagement plan
- Lead large-scale strategic efforts with senior clients
- Identify and foster long-term scope growth
Requirements:
- Experience estimating and scheduling workflows accurately and building staffing plans and fee proposals
- Ability to learn, utilize and master agency processes and project management tools (Workamajig, Office, Slack, etc.)
- Ability to develop and deliver compelling internal and client-facing presentations
- Dedication to the details while maintaining global vision
- Strong intuition creatively and great relationship-building skills, both internally and with clients
Great preference exists for hands-on experience at creatively revered shops.
